El Union [fellowship]

Holas mis amigos,

Well, I hope everyone's weeks are going well. If not, I know something that'll make it better: a scrumdidilyumpsious meal from the wonderful establishments in the Union. If you want to come, be at the Union at about 5:45 tonight. After some great fellowship at the Union it'll be about time to head to small groups or as I prefer to call them "mini" groups. :)

Hasn't the semester started off great? Devo was awesome last night! Brian you did a great job! Also, Mark did a great job with his brief synopsis about the history of Paul's relationship with Corinth tonight in class. It's my turn to speak next week and public speaking is always a nerve-racking thing for me so please keep me in your prayers. I'll be sure to have plenty of Dan Marino trivia for you. Also, please be praying for the mini missions to Cotter, Dayton, and Huntsville this weekend. And remember it's not too late to sign up.

I think it's a wonderful blessing how much fellowship with each other we in the RFCs get. It's definitely something to be thankful for and something not to be taken for granted. I know I'm gonna miss these times when I'm out of school.

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved."
Acts 2:42-47

"I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong—that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other's faith."
Romans 1:11-12

Have a good'n!

In Him,
Mitch
